National Selection for State Polytechnics Admission

Students who have superior achievements and consistently demonstrate their achievements will get the opportunity to become new student candidates through the SNMPN route. To be able to take part in the SNMPN selection, you must fulfill several requirements determined by the committee. These SNMPN requirements apply to all registrant schools and students. Below is complete information.

• Schools are required to have NPSN

• Students are required to have NISN

• Students obtain recommendations from the school

Procedures for SNMPN Online Registration

To take part in the SNMPN pathway selection, applicant students need to fulfill:

Applicant students must be recommended first by the school. Schools that will provide recommendations for their students need to fill in the data in the school menu. To log in to the school, you can log in using the school username and password. Username and password are on the invitation sheet that the SNMPN committee has sent to each school.

Student applicants must fill in the data. For students who have received a recommendation from the school, please log in to fill in your personal data by clicking on the student menu. To log in, students can log in using the student username and password provided by the school.

Procedures for SNMPN Registration by School

• Open the official SNMPN website address to log in to the school

• Login using the school username and password

• Fill in the school data or applicant student data according to the provisions of the SNMPN committee

• After filling in the data, you will get a username and password for each student.

• Students register using the username and password they have received.

• Open the official SNMPN website address for student login

• Login using the username and password that you have obtained from the school

• Write your personal data completely and correctly

• When finished, print the SNMPN participant identification card as proof of online registration.

Number of Polytechnic Choices and Study Programs at SNMPN

SNMPN applicants may only choose a maximum of 3 study programs at the 2 Polytechnics they choose. The study program chosen must also be different. The first choice study program is a prioritized study program. For this reason, you must put your chosen study program as the first choice. While the second or third choice is as a backup.

At First Choice Polytechnic, you can choose 2 study programs. Meanwhile, at the second choice Polytechnic, you can only choose 1 study program. So there are a total of 3 study programs to choose from at 2 Polytechnics.

If you register for the SNMPN implementation and want to simultaneously register for SNMPTN, this is fine. Because the organizers of SNMPTN and SNMPN are completely different. Just remember to make sure the major or study program you want really suits your interests or abilities.

• Student biodata

• Family data

• Economic data

• Report card data must be filled in according to the semester the student is undergoing

• Can add 3 best academic or curricular achievements

• Choice of Polytechnic Department (You can choose 2 Polytechnics and 3 Study Programs, and are free to place the order of choice according to the priority scale)

List of Files Sent to the Polytechnic

Here are some files that you need to prepare because they will be sent directly to the destination Polytechnic.

• Legalized photocopy of semester 1 to 5 report cards.

• Color passport photo with size 4X6 (minimum 2 pieces).

• Photocopy of the student's birth certificate or Birth Identification Letter.

• Photocopies of 3 certificates of the best academic or curricular achievements as evidenced by the attachment of certificates that have been legalized by the Principal of the original school achieved while in Middle School.

• Other certificates required (requested) by the Polytechnic chosen by the student concerned.
